June!

June is finally here! I love this month as it kicks off summer, my favorite season. And what's not to love? Sun, sand, and for some, surf. And what compliments sun, sand and surf so well (besides sunscreen and frosty cold ones)? That's right, books! And here is a short list from my TBR pile that I plan to soak up this summer (when not hard at work on my own book of course!)...

The Given, by Vicki Pettersson

Red and Grey, by Christine Brant

Frisky Business, by Tawna Fenske

Skin Game, by Jim Butcher

My Grape Escape, by Laura Bradbury

In My Own Heart's Blood, by Diana Gabaldon (out June 10th!)

and out in August, Fatal Fallout, by Lara Lacombe

As you can see, my summer reading plate is quite full. What about you? What book(s) do you plan to lounge on a deck chair or beach blanket with, and take in some sun and reading fun? Please share in the comments!

Take care,

Deborah

I love summer reading! It's really the only time of year you're expected to spend long, lazy afternoons immersed in a book :)
